Grzegorz Dyczkowski is a banking lawyer based in Warsaw and is the head of the banking team in Warsaw. He advises international and domestic financial institutions and major multinational and domestic corporations on a variety of financial transactions, including secured and unsecured lending and borrowing, debt instruments, asset finance, acquisition finance, property finance, derivative transactions as well as banking and finance regulatory matters.
Grzegorz Dyczkowski has written a number of publications on securitisation, derivatives and debts instruments for the “Journal of International Banking Law and Regulation”, “International Finance & Treasury” and he is co-author of “Secured Finance Transactions” published by Global Law and Business.
In 2014 Grzegorz Dyczkowski is ranked and highly recommended as a ‘key individual’ in banking and finance by Chambers and Partners, IFRL1000 and by the Polish daily ‘Rzeczpospolita’.
