Sarah Ralph is a workplace relations lawyer based in Melbourne.
Sarah has more than 15 years’ experience managing workplace relations issues for employers. This includes termination of employment, unfair dismissals and adverse action, executive employment issues, workplace privacy, director’s duties and related employment matters, industrial disputation and strategic industrial planning, disciplinary issues, EEO and redundancy and restructuring. Her advice to employers is informed by her past experience working in the manufacturing, Victorian government, manufacturing and labour hire sectors.
Sarah provides advice to clients in the health, finance and banking, manufacturing, transport, constructions, technology and government sectors.
Sarah has advised on, and undertaken workplace investigations including Code of Conduct and Whistleblower investigations in the public sector.
Sarah is well regarded by her clients for her industrial relations and employment litigation experience, including acting as an advocate for clients in Fair Work Commission. Sarah is often involved in agreement negotiations directly with unions at the workplace level and she works with her clients to develop an appropriate union strategy for the particular needs of the business.
