Jean-Pascal Bus is a real estate and environment lawyer based in Paris. He focuses on real estate transactions and has specific experience in investment litigation, planning and construction. Jean-Pascal has also particular experience in soil pollution and remediation.
He acts on behalf of a range of French and international clients including investment funds, listed real estate companies, occupiers and developers on all their property transactions in France.
Jean-Pascal started his career in 1993 and was made partner in 2001.
