Stella Cramer is a technology and innovation lawyer based in Singapore. She is Head of Technology and Innovation Asia Pacific and Head of FinTech Asia.

The primary focus of the SWIFT Institute is transaction banking, covering the areas of payment, clearing and settlement, cash management, trade finance and trust & securities. It is overseen by the Advisory Council, an independent advisory council that includes leaders from academia and finance.
