Kassy Corothers is gaining valuable experience and developing her practice in all areas of business law. Ms. Corothers joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2012 and returned as an articling student in 2013-2014. During her articles, Ms. Corothers completed a secondment in the Royal Bank of Canada corporate services legal department where she gained valuable experience working on a variety of matters.
During her studies, Ms. Corothers volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada to provide legal services to a not‑for‑profit organization in the community and was the president of an international law society that organized a speaker series and an annual trip to New York City. Ms. Corothers participated in both the Hicks Morley Labour Law Moot and the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot.
