Mathias Goh is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Singapore. His practice focuses on advising and representing clients in cross-border disputes and international arbitration.
Mathias also regularly advises on matters relating to employment law, having advised both corporates and individuals on Singapore employment legislation and specific issues on confidentiality, restraint of trade and termination of employment.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Mathias practised as a litigator with a local commercial boutique firm where his work covered areas in company law, contract law and the law of credit and security. He was also involved in court proceedings before the State Courts and the High Court of Singapore, with a particular focus on shareholder disputes and employment disputes.
Mathias graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (2nd Upper) from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He represented NUS at the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot 2013 and has competed in moots such as the Essex Court Chambers–Singapore Academy of Law International Mooting Competition 2015.
Mathias is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
