Matthew Edward Heller
Matt joined the Houston office in 2016. As a member of the labor and employment group, Matt's practice focuses on assisting employers with their day-to-day legal issues spanning a variety of federal and state statutes, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
While in law school, Matt gained experience in employment law by interning at the Houston office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also served as an intern for Chief Justice Sherry Radack of the First Court of Appeals of Texas.
Matt is admitted to practice in federal court in the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern districts of Texas.

While in law school, Matt was an Executive Editor for the Texas International Law Journal. While at Cornell, he was a member of Acacia Fraternity.
