Benedict Wray is a litigation lawyer. His practice is focused on business and civil litigation and insurance defence. Mr. Wray is dual qualified as a barrister in both the United Kingdom and Canada and also has experience of international litigation, product liability, medical malpractice and healthcare regulation, and public law.
In addition, Mr. Wray has particular experience in the field of business and human rights, international law and international arbitration. Coming from a doctoral-level research background, his thesis examined global issues around corporate liability for business and human rights issues and he has since acted for clients on related issues.
Apart from his British and Canadian qualifications, Mr. Wray has a detailed working knowledge of the legal systems of France and the United States.
