James Morgan-Payler is a construction and engineering lawyer based in Melbourne.
James has significant experience in commercial drafting, negotiation and advice on major infrastructure projects including the Laverton North Natural Gas Power Station in Melbourne, the Hallett Wind Farm in South Australia, the Bogong Hydro Electric Power Development in Victoria, the East Link Motorway in Melbourne, the South Australian Desalination project and the Changi Motorsports Hub in Singapore.
