Sally Woodward is a workplace relations lawyer based in Sydney.
Sally is also qualified in England and Wales and practised for 5 years in London before relocating to Sydney.
Sally’s areas of expertise cover all aspects of the employment relationship, including drafting and negotiating contracts of employment, advising on workplace restructure, performance management and disciplinary issues. Sally has particular experience in employment litigation, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and sexual harassment, breach of contract and Trade Practices claims as well as claims for breaches of confidentiality and restraints of trade. Sally regularly advises on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and in particular issues surrounding the transfer of business. Sally is also experienced in industrial matters including drafting and negotiating enterprise agreements. Sally regularly conducts training for employers and managers on matters such as avoiding discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
