Fei Kwok is a banking, finance and energy lawyer based in Shanghai. She has particular experience of advising on complex financing and project development transactions.
Fei's areas of practice include advising on asset and project finance with a special focus on shipping and energy projects such as oil and gas (including LNG) and petrochemicals. She has many years of experience acting as outside counsel for commercial corporations and financial institutions.
Fei graduated from City University (London) and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. She was born in Beijing and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
