Fei Kwok is a banking, finance and energy lawyer based in Shanghai. She has particular experience of advising on complex financing and project development transactions.
Fei acts for commercial corporations and financial institutions on in-bound and out-bound transactions including asset financing of ships and large equipment, project financing of oil and gas projects, LNG projects, IPPs, renewables and petrochemicals. In addition to finance transactions, Fei also advises major energy companies on acquisition of assets, restructuring and project developments in Europe, Middle East, America, Africa and Asia Pacific.
Fei has been recognized as one of the few Mandarin-speaking lawyers who has extensive transactional experience on cross-border energy projects and financing transactions, understands the commercial and technical challenges the clients are facing and is able to identify and offer creative solutions to difficult negotiations.
Fei was born in Beijing, has worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and London before relocating to Shanghai in 2007 and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Fei graduated from City University (London) and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
