Tomas Gärdfors is a banking lawyer based in London. He specialises in structured cross-border transactions.

Tomas advised lenders and borrowers on debt facilities for acquisitions, projects and other transactions. Dually qualified in Sweden and England, he is head of the practice’s Nordic Group.
