Tom Heading is a construction and engineering lawyer based in Melbourne. Tom practices in construction-related disputes in arbitration, court and adjudication forums.

Tom has experience conducting complex and high-value construction litigation throughout Australia including matters in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia.

Tom's experience includes implementing successful litigation strategies for large oil and gas and infrastructure disputes, involving delay and disruption claims, changes in scope and defective work claims.

Tom has a particular interest in security of payment matters. Tom has written and presented extensively on this topic including for the Resolution Institute and Society of Construction Law Australia.
