Jessica Lyn’s practice includes all areas of Canadian domestic and international income tax law, with an emphasis on corporate taxation. She advises and acts for clients on a broad range of income tax and GST/HST matters, including disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency. Ms. Lyn also has experience acting for clients in the not-for-profit and charitable sectors. Prior to joining our Toronto office as an associate, Ms. Lyn worked with us as both a summer and articling student.
During her studies, Ms. Lyn completed an international exchange at the National University of Singapore, volunteered with the Western Business Law Clinic, and was a teaching assistant for an undergraduate law course.
