Before joining our Bogotá office as an associate in 2011, Isabella Gandini Garcia worked as the head of the labour and social security practice at another law firm in Bogotá. While employed there, she obtained extensive experience in general company law and human resources matters.
Ms. Gandini has extensive experience supporting international and local companies in labour matters such as hiring and termination processes, due diligence, expatriates, settlement agreements with employees before the labour authorities, social security and immigration matters, among others.
