Matthew is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer based in London. He specialises in transport, energy and insurance disputes, with a particular focus on shipping, aviation, and marine and energy insurance.

Matthew’s experience includes, amongst other things: advising on charterparty and bills of lading disputes; acting for insurers and reinsurers in coverage disputes; and acting in various contractual disputes in the aviation and energy sectors. Matthew also has experience in some non-contentious matters including: providing sanctions advice to clients in a variety of sectors including shipping, insurance and banking; advising on certain aviation regulatory issues; and providing advice in respect of charterparties.
