Biography
Matthew O'Shea is a corporate lawyer based in London with 13+ years’ experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments and corporate advisory. He principally acts for financial institutions, asset and wealth managers, financial investors, listed funds, insurers and other corporates on a wide range of corporate transactional and advisory matters.
Matthew is a dual English / Australian qualified lawyer and has worked in Norton Rose Fulbright’s London and Brisbane offices.
