Senior associate Zach Smith joined the Austin office in 2012. His practice focuses on health law matters and government investigations. He has assisted a variety of healthcare clients with investigations and related litigation involving allegations of fraud and abuse. He also has extensive experience drafting appellate briefs and dispositive motions. Prior to joining the Austin office, Zach served as a law clerk for the Honorable Nathan L. Hecht, Texas Supreme Court and the Honorable Emilio M. Garza, United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
