Jason Weeden joined the Washington D.C. office in 2008. As counel, he works with the business group. Jason has experience handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and securities matters, with a particular focus on energy and healthcare-related industries. He has extensive experience coordinating complex worldwide M&A matters.
Previously, Jason was the assistant general counsel for a national leading healthcare services network.
