Energy disputes

Dispute resolution is a core element of our pre-eminent global energy practice. Working on all types of energy disputes alongside our international colleagues, we can handle both local and cross-border litigation throughout Europe, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. Our multi-jurisdictional credentials are further enhanced by our offshore resources; many of our team have the relevant OPITO certification to ensure that they can travel and work offshore, take statements and assist in investigations on offshore installations.

“They have a good geographical footprint for oil and gas work.” Chambers UK, 2016

We work for a range of oil majors, international contracting companies, natural resources and mineral companies, financing consortia and insurers, drawing upon our substantial industry experience and the versatile dispute resolution skills of our lawyers.
