Chadbourne Ranks in Top Ten Percent for Diversity, According to The American Lawyer 2016 Diversity Scorecard

May 31, 2016

Chadbourne & Parke LLP is pleased to announce that The American Lawyer has ranked the firm in the top 10 percent of large US law firms for diversity. The publication’s annual Diversity Scorecard evaluates Am Law 200 and National Law Journal 250 firms according to their inclusion of Asian American, African American, Latino or Hispanic, Native American and self-described multiracial lawyers. Chadbourne was the 22nd ranked firm in 2016.

Diversity is a core value at Chadbourne. As a global law firm, we believe that drawing on a variety of experiences, backgrounds and ideas enriches our workplace and strengthens our success in understanding our clients’ needs. Our efforts to build and maintain a diverse and inclusive community are spearheaded by our Diversity Initiatives Committee, which not only develops policies that promote inclusion at the firm, but also supports initiatives and events that promote awareness of diversity issues both within the firm and the legal community.
