Laura Simonds is an intellectual property and commercial dispute resolution lawyer based in Melbourne.
Laura specialises in commercial disputes with a particular focus on brand management and protection, especially in relation to intellectual property and franchising law. Her industry experience includes work in the fashion, hospitality, retail, technology and pharmaceutical sectors.
