Doris Ng is a corporate lawyer based in Hong Kong. She specialises in corporate finance matters, with particular focus on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and compliance matters.
Doris has advised various major investment banks and listed companies on a variety of corporate matters, including initial public offerings, secondary listings, secondary offerings, placements, private equity/pre-IPO investments, corporate restructurings and acquisition financings. She also has extensive experience in advising listed companies on various legal and regulatory matters such as continuing compliance with Hong Kong regulations and guidelines and corporate governance matters.
Doris is admitted in Hong Kong and England. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in law and master degree in corporate finance law from the University of Hong Kong. She also received her master of laws degree from the Renmin University of China. Doris is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
