Joanna is an intellectual property lawyer based in London. She specialises in IP disputes (patents, copyright, trademarks and designs) and contentious matters relating to defamation, privacy, confidential information and data protection. She also specialises in contractual disputes with a technology or scientific focus, including those relating to software/licensing and technology collaboration. She advises on internet issues ranging from disputes over domain names to on-line content issues.
