Eddie Lewis, who joined in 1993, is a partner in the Houston office. He focuses his practice in the environmental law area, including environmental litigation, enforcement, compliance counseling, remediation, permitting, auditing, and transactional matters. Previously, Eddie worked as a chemical engineer. His practice frequently involves legal issues in which complex technical issues are at the forefront.

    US EPA issues climate change regulations for oil and gas

    On May 12, 2016, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued New Source Performance Standard Subpart OOOOa, the agency’s climate change regulations for methane and volatile organic compound emissions for the oil and natural gas sector.
