Arun Velusami is an energy and projects lawyer based in London. He acted for lenders and sponsors for over 12 years, in a variety of international energy projects and project financings, with a particular focus on projects in Africa. Arun has worked on power and hydropower projects throughout Africa, for developers, lenders and governments.
Arun has advised on oil and petrochemical supply, marketing and distribution arrangements. He wrote the chapter on “Petroleum Exchange Agreements” in the leading text, Oil & Gas Production Contracts, edited by Anthony Jennings and published by Sweet & Maxwell (2008).
