Biography
Alessandro Negri is a banking and finance lawyer based in London.
Alessandro is qualified in Italy and advises on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions, including EMTN programmes establishment and maintenance, related drawdown bond issuances and private placements, Euro Commercial Paper programmes as well as liability management exercises.
Prior to joining the firm, Alessandro worked at a Magic Circle law firm in Italy.
