Benae Tutelman is an associate in our business law group, with a practice focusing on corporate, commercial and securities matters. She assists senior counsel in advising clients on a variety of business matters, including: mergers and acquisitions, the formation and structuring of businesses, and public and private equity and debt financings.

Benae joined us as a summer articled student in 2021, returned to complete her articles in 2022 and became an associate on her call to the bar in 2023.
