• Beneva, Canada's largest mutual insurer, as part of its announced merger with Gore Mutual, one of the country's oldest property and casualty mutual insurers.
• American International Group, Inc., as Canadian lead counsel in the context of the sale of its individual personal travel insurance and assistance business, including Travel Guard Canada Group, Inc. to Zurich Insurance Group for $600 million in cash plus additional earn-out consideration
• Namakor Holdings, a private equity fund specializing in the industrial manufacturing sector, in connection with its acquisition of Crawler Mulching Industries Danri Inc., a business specializing in manufacturing specialized forestry and agriculture sector tractors and grinders
• Thrust Capital Partners Fund I L.P., a private equity fund dedicated to the aerospace industry supply chain, in connection with its acquisition of DCM Group Inc., a business specializing in manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry
