Charles Joly is a business law associate in the Québec office. He focuses his practice on real estate issues. He is primarily involved in drafting, revising and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as developing various corporate structures, setting up investment funds and drafting agreements between shareholders, investors and creditors. In his role he has also acquired expertise in bank financing, frequently representing institutional and private lenders as well as borrowers in various financing transactions.
