Daisy's experience includes advising:

• several utility companies in relation to their euro medium term note (EMTN) programmes including:
  • as issuer counsel for a water company in relation to their CAD 350,000,000 green bond issuance; 
  • as issuer counsel for a gas company in relation to their GBP 5,000,000,000 EMTN programme update and subsequent bond issuances under the programme.
• an issuer in respect of a public securitisation of a large portfolio of non-performing Spanish residential mortgages;
• an African national bank in respect of its issuance of USD 1,000,000,000 notes; and
• one of the UK’s first Sharia-compliant tranched private securitisations, which will originate Sharia-compliant residential buy-to-let mortgages.
