David Lacaze is a lawyer in the real estate department, based in Paris. 

David advises French and international clients on complex real estate transactions, and more precisely on private equity real estate matters.
He has significant experience in advising on transactions involving real estate funds, listed and unlisted property companies, and institutional investors as well as asset managers. 

He focuses particularly on the hospitality and retail sectors. He regularly advises on acquisitions and disposals of single asset or portfolios and real estate joint ventures. He also has experience in regulatory aspects of real estate investments. 

Prior to joining us, he led the real estate practice of an international law firm and advised major institutional investors.
