Biography
Dionysis Diamantatos is a banking and finance lawyer, based in London.
Dionysis is qualified in New York and Greece and advises on a broad range of capital markets and lending transactions, including high yield bonds, loans and investment grade and leveraged finance / sub-investment grade transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Dionysis worked at the London office of a US law firm and at the Office of the General Counsel of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, based in London.

- Represented a leading UK mortgage provider on a tap offering of £120m senior secured notes due 2026
- Represented a CY-listed group holding investments in real estate, shipping and tech on its private placement of senior secured convertible bonds due 2025
- Represented a leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration systems on its private placement of €35m bridge super senior secured notes subscribed by certain holders of the group’s €260m senior secured notes due 2025 in the context of the group’s debt restructuring
- Represented a leading Greek bank on the financing aspects of the €280m sale of its Serbian subsidiary to a Serbian bank
- Represented a leading office investor in the CEE real estate market on its €85m green loan agreement with a development financial institution
- Represented a leading energy and infrastructure investor on its up to €450m structured credit facility to a pan-European renewable energy projects developer
