Elie Khoury is an associate in the business law group of our Montreal office. His practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and securities matters.

Previously, Elie did a master's degree in science and his master's thesis focused on the malignant progression of melanoma and a new experimental treatment.
