Michelle is a senior associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Los Angeles office. Michelle's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration forums. Michelle has represented defendants and plaintiffs in unfair competition, false advertising, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, employment, products liability, antitrust, and class action matters. She has experience in various states of litigation, including arguing motions, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, conducting investigations, and managing discovery efforts.
Michelle has served as lead attorney in two state court criminal jury trials for the Anaheim City Attorney through the Los Angeles County Trial Advocacy Program. She also devotes a significant amount of time to pro bono work, including with respect to affordable housing disputes.
