Dino Arslanagic has experience counseling clients on a variety of intellectual property issues. His practice focuses primarily on technology transactions, domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution, and intellectual property due diligence investigations.
Dino's transactional experience includes preparing and negotiating Software as a Service (SaaS), joint development, joint venture, in-license, out-license, transition services, consulting, and confidentiality agreements. In addition to his transactional experience, Dino has a strong foundation in patent preparation and prosecution. Dino has prosecuted utility patents in a wide variety of innovative technologies that include oil and gas drilling equipment and blowout preventers, automotive shock absorbers, and medical devices such as advanced wound care systems, ophthalmic surgical instruments, bone-fixation and stabilization devices, piezoelectric neurostimulators, and many others. Dino also frequently conducts intellectual property due diligence investigations and evaluates the intellectual property of others by conducting freedom to operate evaluations and preparing invalidity and non-infringement patent opinions.
