Biography
Charles O’Neill has extensive commercial, insurance coverage and product liability litigation experience in many federal and state courts. He now devotes his efforts to the firm’s pro bono initiatives.

- Represented a major US corporation in a claim as plaintiff for breach of indemnity provisions regarding environmental liabilities in an agreement of sale of a subsidiary.
- Represented a major US insurance broker in a series of cases involving restrictive covenants.
- Represented a satellite company in the defense of a tortious interference with contract claim.
- Represented a major US insurer as its national trial counsel responsible for that client’s coordinated defense in all coverage actions in the US involving environmental and breast implant claims.
- Represented air carriers in major personal injury and property damage actions.
- Acted as national trial counsel for a major US corporation in its defense of product liability actions nationwide involving telecommunications equipment.
