Catching up on contamination: There is PFAS news

The PFAS National Environmental Management Plan (NEMP) represents the nationally developed guidance for the management of PFAS in Australia. In this latest series of Catching up on contamination, Elizabeth Wild, Partner and Sarah Mansfield, Special Counsel, discuss the proposed new version of the NEMP, being NEMP 3.0, which has been released for public consultation.
