About me
I joined Transform’s Resource Management team in November 2019 in the role of Resource Executive.
I am the main Resource Management point of contact for the London Dispute Resolution practice. I am responsible for work allocation and capacity/performance management, as well as assisting with recruitment and secondment processes. I assist with the development and delivery of wider Resource Management strategy and projects across EMEA. I also contribute to Resource Management’s involvement in helping to achieve the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion objectives.
I am motivated by helping fee-earning teams work more efficiently, while allowing individual fee-earners to gain desired experience, work on matters which are of interest or simply get a good night’s sleep by finding appropriate support.
From
Lithuania, but I have lived in London for all my adult life.
Fun fact
I am surrounded by lawyers in my personal life too! My grandad used to be a judge, my husband is a solicitor at a City law firm, my sister and brother-in-law are lawyers working for the European Commission and my best friend is an associate at a well-known litigation firm. I thought I should continue the trend by coming to work for a law firm too.
Previously
I worked in various roles in the media industry. I helped to launch new TV channels and deliver numerous broadcasting schedules across the MTV, Nickelodeon and BBC networks. I then moved on to a few marketing operations roles, before my move into Resource Management at NRF.
Best part of the job
Having an opportunity to interact with a huge number of people from different backgrounds at all levels of seniority, in both the business services and fee-earning teams.
