Liam Fitzpatrick is a lawyer in the litigation team. Based in Sydney, Liam has expertise in matters involving tortious negligence and commercial law, in such sectors as construction, retail, and insurance. Prior to being admitted to the New South Wales Supreme Court in December 2020, Liam was the tipstaff to the Hon. Justice David Davies. In that role he was exposed to a variety of civil and criminal hearings, and assisted his Honour with the formulation of judgments and operation of the courtroom. Liam studied at the Australian National University, where he completed his Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts.
