Ravenwood Energy Corp. sale to Petrus Resources Ltd. for C$195 million

On October 8, 2014, Ravenswood Energy Corp., an Alberta based company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas reserves in western Canada sold all of its shares to Petrus Resources Ltd for C$196 million, by way of a takeover bid.
