Federal judiciary urges senators to change ‘unconstitutional’ bill requiring judges to publicly disclose expenses for first time
Pierre Bienvenu, counsel for the Canadian Superior Courts Judges Association, proposed that the Commissioner for Federal Justice Affairs should publish each superior court’s total aggregate expenses in each of the general categories of reimbursable expenses without naming individual judges or revealing specific individual expenses.
