Biography
Sébastien Beauregard’s practice consists primarily in research, drafting opinions and preparing arguments and factums for litigation relating to employment and labour law matters. Mr. Beauregard has acquired extensive experience in judicial review. He has prepared numerous factums, applications and arguments for presentation before administrative tribunals and the civil courts, including the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
In his master’s degree studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Montreal, Mr. Beauregard focused on the division of powers in the Canadian federal system. In 2005-2006, Mr. Beauregard clerked for Justice Louis LeBel of the Supreme Court of Canada.
