Denise Pope provides support in patent, trade-mark and copyright files, principally related to anti‑counterfeiting and pharmaceutical matters. She prepares, verifies and manages exhibits and is responsible for the file management of certain large files. She also prepares routine correspondence, drafts legal proceedings, demand letters and affidavits, and conducts intellectual property related searches in various databases.

Before joining our Montréal office, Ms. Pope worked as a litigation paralegal for another major Montréal law firm and as a paralegal in a boutique-style Montréal firm specializing in insurance and professional liability.
