Biography
As a knowledge management and practice development lawyer, Ms. Lay works with the knowledge and innovation team, as well as the employment and labour practice group in the Montreal and Quebec City offices, on a variety of client-focused projects. She supports lawyers in the employment and labour group with legal updates, publications, marketing initiatives, internal and external training, as well as efficiency-focused strategies. Ms. Lay also advises federally and provincially regulated employers on such issues as employment contracts, workplace policies and privacy issues.
Prior to this, Ms. Lay worked as a legal project manager at the firm, during which time she management key client portfolios, including administering large-scale alternative fee arrangements. She also worked as a labour and employment associate in the Montreal office and at a HR-specialized firm.
