Biography
Carl Trudeau practises employment and labour law. He advises and represents employers in both federal and provincial jurisdictions on a wide range of mandates, including grievance arbitration, union certification matters, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, health and safety issues and unjust dismissal claims. He also concentrates on pay equity matters both pursuant to federal and provincial laws. Carl Trudeau regularly represents clients before administrative tribunals specialized in labour law as well as before civil courts.
