Jaray (Jiarui) Zhao is building a broad practice in corporate law with a focus on merger and acquisitions, securities matters, and corporate governance.

Jaray joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2015, and returned to complete her articles in 2016 and 2017. During her articling, Jaray was seconded to the law group at the Royal Bank of Canada.

While at law school, Jaray was the co-president of the Asian Law Society, a caseworker at Downtown Legal Service, and a clinic volunteer at Law Help Ontario. Jaray is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
