Biography
Denyse Boulet acts on behalf of employers in employment and labour law matters in both federal and provincial jurisdictions. She advises and represents clients regarding human rights disputes, employment standards, occupational health and safety, vicarious liability claims and unjust and wrongful dismissal complaints.
Prior to joining our Ottawa office, Ms. Boulet was a partner at an Ottawa firm specializing in civil litigation, including employment law, personal injury and family law. Ms. Boulet articled and worked as an associate at an international law firm where she practised employment and health law.
Ms. Boulet is bilingual (English and French) and represents clients in both official languages before the courts and tribunals.
