Vahini Sathiamoorthy practises corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance matters.  

Prior to joining us as an associate, Vahini worked in our Toronto office as a summer student and an articling student. During her articles, Vahini was seconded to the legal department of one of Canada's leading banks. 

In law school, Vahini was the managing editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and a caseworker with the Investor Protection Clinic. She was also selected to represent Osgoode's team at the Davies' Annual Corporate/Securities Law Moot.
