Biography
Katie Houlihan is a lawyer in the employment and labour group.
In her practice, Katie works with small, medium, and large employers operating in both unionized and non-unionized settings. She provides advice to employers on all labour law matters, including notably the application of labour standards; interpreting, applying, and drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenants, policies and procedures; and imposing disciplinary measures and dismissals.
Before joining us, Katie completed her articles and practised at a large international law firm. While at law school, she worked as the director of student advocacy at the McGill Legal Information Clinic. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and Mediation at McGill University.
